5.The suction power is too low and you can't suck milk?

8. Are there suitable chargers and USB cables?

Unfortunately, we do not sell chargers for our products. However, you can easily find suitable chargers in other stores. You will need a USB cable with a DC 5.5*2.1mm connector, with a power output of either 1A or 2A.
9.What should I do if there is reflux?

The main reasons of milk backflow are as follows: a.Diaphragm, duckbill valve or air tube is deformed or not installed properly. b. Incomplete drying of parts after cleaning resulted in water vapor being sucked into the motor. Please check the above issues and operate correctly.
10.How to clean? What to do if there is scale?

Cleaning Guide: a. Motor, USB line, Bottle stand, AC adaptor, Connector: Can not be washed or disinfected, if the surface is dirty, clean it with a soft cloth. b. Upper cover, Cylinder, Air tube: It is recommended not to wash these, if they are dirty, just rinse in water. And they must be dried out them before using. c. Pump body, Bottle, Bottle cover, Screw cover: These are made of plastic and can be rinsed or washed in dishwasher (temperature cannot exceed 100°℃). After cleaning, you can disinfect these by steam sterilizer, ultraviolet sterilizer, microwave oven, or boiling water. d. Flange, Nipple, Silicone duckbill valve, Silicone ring: These are made of silicone, and they are fragile.
11.What should I do if it’s leaked?

13.What should I do if there is scale on the bottle warmer?

1.Unplug the bottle warmer and make sure it cooling down before cleaning 2. Do not immerse the working base into water for cleaning. 3. It is recommended to use distilled water to prevent scale. 4. Mix 10g citric acid cleaner or 1.7oz of white vinegar with 100mL/3.4oz cold water to descale the bottle warmer. Use STERILIZING FUNCTION for 3 minutes to complete the descaling. Use acetic acid to descale the bottle warmer only.
