Return & Refund Policy
● If you wish to return goods:
Contact must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. The items will be replaced or a refund issued if items are unable to be replaced. No refunds for change of mind.
● If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our sales team immediately to arrange for replacements. In this case, the damaged goods must be returned, but the return shipping costs will be paid by Pregnancy Birth and Beyond (we will organise the return shipping).
